Responsibilities

  • Contribute, and develop process documents, test guidelines, quality standards, and measurement criteria (Metric).
  • Participating in the testing process and directly responsible for technology quality control at key stages in the technology solution development process:
  • Requirements collection, design phase: coordinate and/or directly test input requirements (Requirement traceability matrix, SLA), develop strategy, design, and preliminary plan for functional and non-functional testing function
  • Development phase: Coordinate or directly implement the development of Test Scenarios, test cases; KBKT review
  • Test phase: Monitor and/or directly manage and participate in testing the main and essential functions of the project. Quality control through quality (Metric) criteria; identify and evaluate problems and risks on project quality; warning signs of error rate, error recovery time to give warnings; Ensure project progress and quality
  • Post-deployment phase: investigate the cause of errors and problems to discover the relationship, deficiencies in testing, and/or quality control activities, thereby updating the failure cases into the master suite, and test cases. Control the progress, quality and fix errors of the project

Requirement

 3 – 5 years of experience that conducts software testing in the finance/banking industry

  • Strong experience in web testing, API testing
  • Have experience in using SQL
  • Strong professional knowledge of technology systems in the bank.
  • Having solid testing professional knowledge such as ISTQB (International Testing Certificate is preferred) or equivalent knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Good English Communication
