Responsibilities

• User Research: To understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, conduct user research. Utilize insights gained to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts—iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• UI Design: Create visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Design graphic elements, icons, and layouts for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design solutions align with project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experiences. Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and enhance strategies continuously.
• Design Documentation: Prepare design specifications, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and guide developers in implementing designs accurately.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging UI/UX design technologies. Apply new techniques and tools to improve design processes and outcomes.

Position Overview

The UI/UX Designer is pivotal in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for digital products or applications. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
